Beltron Telecom signs LoI with Bilcare

Beltron Telecom, promoted by Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd., engaged in providing public utility and renewable energy products and services, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) defining and detailing the business letter of intent (LoI) with Bilcare Technologies, a business of Bilcare, a research and technology leader focussed on creating next-generation anti-counterfeiting, security and brand protection solutions.

Samsung Engg signs MoU with ONGC Petro

Korea's Samsung Engineering on Wednesday said it has won an order worth $229 million to build a high-density polyethylene plant (HDPE) from OPaL (ONGC Petro Additions Limited), a subsidiary of ONGC. The plant will be built in the special economic zone of Dahej in Gujarat and will produce 3.4-lakh tonnes annually of HDPE.
